Job Title | Solutions Architect Cloud | Location | Chicago, Illinois Hybrid | Visa | No CPT, H1B | Job Description | Experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift or similar. - Strong knowledge and established experience with AWS services including but not limited to: S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, Cloud Formation, Kinesis, Data Pipelines, EMR, Step Functions, VPC, IAM, and Security Groups. - Experience with DB technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora, AWS RDS, MongoDB, Redis). - Experience with CI/CD tools, pipelines, and scripting for automation. (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline tools, Cloud formation and Terraform). - High degree of knowledge in IAM Roles and Policies - Strong knowledge configuring AWS cloud monitoring and alerts for cloud resource availability. - Strong scripting experience using Power and/or Python. - High degree of knowledge in PaaS and SaaS application performance. - Experience with large scale enterprise streaming services such as Kafka. - Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers or AWS Fargate. - Experience implementing applications with both Windows and Linux server OS - Experience with networking, security groups, or policy management in relation to Cloud resources across multiple operating systems, including UNIX, Linux, or Windows - Advance CS degree. The activities to be performed during the term of this contract will be within this general scope at the direction of Hyatt and within the skillsets of the resources assigned. There will predefined deliverables such as below . 1. Architecting and implementing Gen AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, RAGs, and agents. 2. Building Gen AI Platform Solutions Platform with a focus on scalability and security. 3. Utilizing AWS Terraform to establish CI/CD pipelines for the Gen AI platform. 4. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions. 5. Monitoring performance and ensuring optimization of Gen AI services. Minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution of issues. 6. Training and supporting end-users to effectively utilize the Gen AI platform. 7. Support and implement tools, services, projects as per the project plan. 8. Documentation of architecture, maintenance, and operational guidelines. 9. Incident logs and resolution documentation. 10.
