( Must be local) Must have LinkedIn Role Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine existing control frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations. Work with product and engineering to act as the first line of defense, monitoring controls and risk remediations for compliance with established standards. Serve as the primary liaison between the product team and stakeholders to support various compliance assessments and audits, including managing documentation and transparency reporting. Drive process improvement initiatives related to compliance and regulatory management across the product lifecycle. Support regulatory engagements, including coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to external requests and inquires. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in program management with a focus on audit, compliance, or regulatory engagements. Experience in working with product and/or engineering teams with proven ability to understand product offerings and technical solutions. Strong understanding of key global and regional privacy and safety frameworks. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills. (Background in product management or data analytics is a plus.)
