Job Title: DevOps Engineer Working Location: Open To Relocate Project Duration: Contract We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer III to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on development and operations, managing the infrastructure for the Tollbridge application, supporting critical processes like Netflix reconciliation, and ensuring the security and stability of production environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS, Ansible, Terraform, and Docker, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the Tollbridge application infrastructure on AWS. Use tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration. Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and availability. 2. Netflix Reconciliation Process: Act as the key resource for managing the Netflix reconciliation process. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. 3. Production Support: Provide timely and effective support for production systems. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on operations. Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address issues. 4. Security Management : Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across the application and infrastructure. Work with the security team to implement best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards. 5. Automation and Tooling: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible, Terraform, and other tools. Leverage Docker for containerization and orchestration to streamline development and deployment processes. 6. Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with development and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and workflows. Required Qualifications: Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management. Proficiency with Ansible and Terraform for automation and configuration management. Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage and support production environments. Experience with security vulnerability management and remediation. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
