About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of expertise in the platform. The ideal candidate will be a certified ServiceNow professional with extensive experience in ITOM, ITSM, and ITAM. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations. Provide expertise in ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITSM (IT Service Management), and ITAM (IT Asset Management). Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet client needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Perform end-to-end testing and ensure high-quality deployment of ServiceNow solutions. Maintain and enhance existing applications within the ServiceNow platform. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and recommend system improvements. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution. Qualifications: 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with a proven track record of successful implementations. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications (preferred). Expertise in ITOM, ITSM, and ITAM modules. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, and Business Rules. Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.) within the ServiceNow platform. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) or HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
