Were hiring a Release Engineer to oversee the planning, coordination, packaging, and deployment of software releases for our client's NextGen and CurrentGen portfolio. In this role, youll play a critical part in ensuring new features, enhancements, and fixes are delivered consistently across multiple environments. What Youll Do: Plan, coordinate, and perform deployments across environments like Sandbox, UAT, and Production. Collaborate with scrum teams, QA, Product, Project Managers, and DevOps to resolve dependencies and ensure successful releases. Apply governance standards to maintain the quality, integrity, and traceability of code in every release. Identify risks, manage incidents, and implement mitigation strategies for seamless deployments. Maintain release documentation, including deployment plans, change orders, and QA certifications. What Were Looking For: 3+ years of experience in release engineering, DevOps, or SRE (HCM experience is a bonus). Hands-on expertise with tools like Jenkins, Git, Jira, Splunk, and other CI/CD systems. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like ServiceNow and Confluence. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to support deployments during night shifts or weekends, as needed.
