The BA resource would assist with Requirement Analysis, Functional Design and Testing documentation for all systems, Processes, Data flows, and Services impacted by the project. The resource should have an high level experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, creating the Functional requirements, End to end testing, Bug tracking, and Coordination/Communication skills with state agency stakeholders, and DTMB team members. Relevant IT system integration experience is needed. The person in this role will work closely with business users and the development teams to analyze business requirements, document requirements, and provide feedback on the actual system implementation of the business logic. This position will setup the Agile sprint processes for this project and run the Agile sprint meetings. This position supports the development team on the project by providing requirements clarification, removing roadblocks in the development process Required Skills Exposure to Complex IT web Applications, within the past 10 years (10+ years). Experience in a role supporting a software development project, within the past 10 years (10+ years). Experience working with educational data systems (6+ years). Ability to conduct meetings, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations (10+ years). Experience in a professional office environment (10+ years). Proficiency with MS Office and Visio (10+ years). Experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development project (10+ years) Knowledge and understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) (5+ years). Project management skills and knowledge in project management and related methodologies (5+ years).
