Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Designer Location: Denver, CO (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Role Area of expertise Experience of ServiceNow OMT architecture and implementation Job Description The role of ServiceNow Solution Designer is responsible for designing systems architecture. This position conducts system design activities to ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements. The Systems Design/Architecture Engineer conducts architectural analysis, evaluation, and designs systems that support and seek to solve complex business and technical problems. Required 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow in telecom domain At least 5+ implementation experience of ServiceNow OMT Roles and responsibilities Experience in ServiceNow Architecture , High level Design, Low Level Design, OMT capabilities, configuration, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Scripting, REST API Integration, Transform Map, Workspace and Dashboard Experience in ServiceNow solutioning, system Integration, TMForum Open APIs (TMF622, TMF632, TMF674, TMF641, TMF640, TMF697, TMF688) and data security and aligning the solution across multiple Agile Release Trains and Suppliers. Good understanding of BSS & OSS domain. Good understanding of Order Management domain (COM & SOM) Good knowledge of UML Understanding of Rest and SOAP based Web services. Review detailed application, software and system components across a variety of technology stacks Ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements Review existing system architecture and recommend improvements Participate in engineering reviews to determine any ambiguities Investigate and scope change requests to determine the scale of work to be done and estimate the timeframe and input required Conduct architectural analysis, evaluation, and design of systems that support and seek to solve complex business and technical problems Enable and ensure that system architecture is delivered in the form of robust and scalable solutions to business problems and needs Specify the solutions functional and technical requirements, and implementation phases required in order to deliver on and solve complex business problems Implement architectural governance, standards, metrics for measuring, monitoring and improving architecture Ensure team members understand system architectural implications of requirements Knowledge, skills and attributes: Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to effectively deal with stakeholders in challenging situations.
