From: chaitanya, conflux systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi , Hope you are doing well, Please find the detailed description and let me know Position Title: Sr ElectroMechanical Engineer Location : MA - Newton - 275, Grove Street Experience: 10+ Years Rate :55$/hr on W2 Position Summary: The Senior Electro Mechanical Engineer will be a part of the R&D organization and an important contributor to the realization of the next generation robotic platform that will change the future of healthcare. You will be a visible technical resource working on development of complex electro-mechanical assemblies. There will be direct contribution from prototype to verification builds and testing within a regulated medical device development environment. This role is suited for a senior-level R&D engineer with experience in developing electromechanical fixtures, authoring documentations, and support reliability and verification activities. Key Responsibilities: Fieldglass: Job Posting Design electromechanical fixtures related to reliability, verification and validation efforts of a complex electromechanical system Author relevant documents related to fixture designs and DV tests Develop Test method, protocols, execute tests, prepare reports and release them via ECOS Maintain disciplined test, configuration control, documentation, and management processes throughout Support a variety of multi-disciplinary technical and process improvement projects of different sizes and scopes Performs statistical analysis Help with the vendor communications and procurement issues Perform issue resolution on various technical issues within the program Manage and communicate assigned projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams Qualifications: 8+ years work experience in complex electromechanical system R&D environment Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering or a close field is required Experience in heavily-regulated industries such as medical device or aerospace is required Must have hands-on experience in design, assembly and test of electro-mechanical systems Knowledge of industry best practices for development of complex electromechanical systems Familiarity with ASME V&V (Verification & Validation) 40 a plus Previous experience in design transfer/new product introduction desired Demonstrated CAD proficiency highly desired. Solid works preferred A working knowledge of DFM/A, Six Sigma, and statistical tolerance analysis Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management PLM software and ECOS A working knowledge of ASME drafting standards including GD&T (Y14.5-2018) Develop production and support documentation including bills of material (BOMs), assembly drawings, and maintenance instructions. Experienced in using statistical tools and software such as Minitab Proficient in developing test methods, protocols, performing tests and releasing relevant documentation. Experienced in fixture and process validation.
