Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN/Onsite Exp- Order Management & Customer Data Management Role Description: o Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Order Management & Customer Data Management. o Document business needs and features. o Document As-Is and To-Be business processes. o Facilitate User Story grooming sessions and create user stories. o Identify and document business and technical requirements for various features. o Conduct data analysis and data mapping on various features. o Create and maintain a streamlined documentation for all the services effort. This includes content like: Design Documents, Business/System Process flows, Source Data Mapping, StoredProc used by API, Session log events, Test support documentation, etc. o Document UAT Test Scenarios, conduct UAT testing and facilitate UAT Training sessions.
