Top three skills (10+ years): 1. Comprehensive understanding of Oracle SCP modules, capabilities, and functionalities. 2. In-depth knowledge and experience with planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning. 3. Proficiency in demand planning processes, including statistical forecasting, collaborative planning, and consensus forecasting in Oracle SCP. Expertise in functional aspects of Cloud Planning application design, configuration, integration, and deployment. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills for Cloud ERP Proficient analytical skills in complex and dynamic environments. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and learn quickly. Nice to have: Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Certified Implementation Professional. Experience with Oracle Order Management Cloud, particularly Global Order Promising (GOP) Cloud. Responsibilities: Design and configure all aspects of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning implementations, including both Supply Planning and Demand Planning. Develop systems requirements, design, prototypes, and implement solutions, ensuring effective rollout. Write and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications for Cloud Supply Chain Planning applications and associated business processes. Configure Supply Planning Cloud and Demand Planning Cloud applications as needed to support solution design. Leverage expertise in Global Order Promising Cloud and Sales & Operations Cloud (highly preferred). Use a consultative approach in project communications, addressing obstacles and recommending scalable, value-focused solutions. Integrate Supply Planning Cloud and Demand Planning Cloud applications with other systems and processes. Design and implement custom reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools to improve reporting frequency, accuracy, and timeliness. Collaborate with project team members and business users to ensure cohesive project execution. Ensure solution integrity for complex implementations, guiding other Solution Architects on design and technology choices. Produce documentation for solution design, training, and application administration. Operate independently to deliver quality work products and ensure successful engagement outcomes. Translate Cloud practices, minimizing customizations. Adhere to established solution standards, estimates, processes, and procedures.
