The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Create and maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and dashboards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data management practices. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions. Maintain and troubleshoot existing BI solutions and applications. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics. Work with large datasets to investigate key business trends, performance, issues and behaviors. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years as MS SQL BI Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, and database design principles. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, DOMO, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
