In-App Communication & Guidance:o Design, create, and manage in-app guides, onboarding flows, feature announcements, and contextual help.o Implement personalized user experiences based on segmentation and behavior insights. User Behavior Analysis:o Analyze user behavior data using Pendos analytics tools to identify areas for product improvement.o Track and report on user engagement, feature adoption, and product performance metrics. User Segmentation & Targeting:o Create, maintain, and optimize user segments to deliver targeted content and messaging.o Utilize segmentation to personalize user experiences and drive higher engagement. Documentation:o Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation around Pendo processes, configurations, and best practices.o Ensure teams are equipped with clear guidelines on how to leverage Pendos capabilities effectively.o Act as a subject matter expert, offering insights and guidance on Pendo usage and optimization. Feedback and analytics:o Implement in-app feedback tools and surveys to gather real-time user insights.o Analyze feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.o Use Pendos analytics to measure key product metrics such as user stickiness, feature usage, and retention.Skills: Strong understanding of product analytics, user experience (UX) design, and SaaS products.
