The Advisory team is responsible for maintaining and building systems for Advisory business. We are working on a Portfolio Management System to build the next generation of systems using latest technologies and techniques and hence are looking for a software engineer to help drive the development. Required Skills Functional : Should have some experience in Financial domain. Understanding of portfolio management functions is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong Data analysis skills and attention to detail Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks and projects Technical: At least 5 years of hand-on DB2/SQL, Stored Procedures , COBOL,CICS and JCL. Experience on Trading or Financial services platform Working in Agile model (15 members team) and supports batch (rotational) along with DEV work. Good with technical knowledge (basics) SQL Queries, Stored Procedure (Native/external), error handling - Abends / SQLCODE , GTTs , DB2 and SQL Server, COBOL / CICS and JCL. Experience with MQ and XML Parsing.
