Over 2 years of experience in eliciting and documenting user requirements for large, highly complex new systems or system enhancements, ensuring comprehensive documentation of both functional and technical requirements, and effectively translating technical tasks for a non-technical audience. Education Required This classification requires the possession of a bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
