Job Title: Quality Manager with Retail Banking Location: MOUNT LAUREL, NJ/Onsite Role Description: Must have :: Testing XP Lead, Jira knowledge/JTMF preferred, API knowledge recommended, Understanding of reviewing XMLs, Mainframe knowledge Essential Skills: Experience in Retail Banking (Required) and Retail Lending/Mortgage Operation (Desired) as a Testing Cross Platform (XP) Lead 7-10 years over-all experience in IT/QA leading and supporting projects 5+ years as cross-platform test lead in supporting large cross functional projects Jira knowledge/JTMF preferred API knowledge recommended Understanding of reviewing XMLs Mainframe knowledge Attend Discovery workshops/JAD sessions and assess impacts. Identify testing scope and estimate the testing effort. Mobilize cross functional testing teams and develop allocation plans. End to end test coordination for Tech and LOB. Create Testing artifacts.
