Job Duties : Develop a PowerApps application to de-provision their existing Nintex Form, Replace current Nintex forms to Power platform. This app should cater to: Multiple flavors of data capturing like Hiring, Promotion, Based on certain inputs, the next set of data elements should change Job Description Requirement: Strong experience with Government Cloud platforms. Proficiency in PowerApps and Power Automate. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, including the use of lookup lists and site content types. Familiarity with replacing or migrating existing workflows and forms (e.g., Nintex Forms) to Power Platform solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to design dynamic, user-friendly app lications tailored to business requirements. Ability to integrate multiple data sources and services into PowerApps. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and gather requirements. Experience in creating secure and compliant app lications within a government or regulated environment. Job Duties: Develop a robust PowerApps application to replace and decommission existing Nintex Forms workflows. Design the application to support multiple data capture processes, such as: Hiring. Promotions. Other customizable workflows as needed. Implement dynamic, context-sensitive data elements that adapt based on user inputs. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current workflows and translate them into efficient Power Platform solutions. Utilize SharePoint Online features, such as lookup lists and site content types, to enhance data organization and usability. Ensure the application is optimized for performance, scalability, and user experience. Integrate Power Automate to streamline workflows and automate routine tasks. Perform thorough testing and validation of the application to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide documentation and training for end-users to support adoption and utilization of the new application. Ensure compliance with government regulations and best practices in application design and data handling.
