Title: Senior UI/UX Designer Duration: 12+ months of Contract with possible extension of hire Location: Remote Must Have SkillSet: Salesforce Job Description: The ideal candidate is responsible for ideating and crafting end-to-end UX flows for both web and mobile platforms. This role demands a strategic mindset, a user-centered design approach, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions. Lead key product streams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from ideation workshops and research to wireframes and prototypes. Demonstrate expertise in design, particularly in information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping. Continuously evolve design skills across research, IA, wireframes, tools, and product thinking. Envision and create intuitive and cohesive user experiences for key products. Ensure design outcomes are well-documented and organized. Advocate relentlessly for end users and articulate their needs to various stakeholders. Design with empathy, humanizing product features and making them accessible and meaningful to end users. Contribute to improving team competency by participating in hiring and mentoring efforts.
