Job Description Title:Project Manager Location:Hybrid 2x a week in Arlington Heights, IL MUST BE LOCAL Visa:No H1B/CPT/OPT duration:12+ months Job Summary: The Project Manager manages applications, projects, and core support tasks in the Weight and Balance portfolio. Coordinate cross functionally to estimate project scope, tasks, and cost Manage and deliver projects within committed budget, schedule, and quality Identify and communicate risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Assign and manage resources effectively across multiple workgroups Managing project plans in a complex, dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements, tracking impact to budget and schedule. Manage release process from beginning to end. Complete estimates, assigning and tracking tasks, planning for EQA/UAT and raise change requests. Manage multiple stakeholders and ensuring signoff and alignment to minimize change in scope Budgeting, Resource Management, Strong Oral and Written communication, Willingness to learn about various airline operations groups, problem solving. Detail oriented. Technical expertise preferred, 5+ years of experience, PMP And Scrum Master certification preferred.
