Looking Onsite || SAP Success Factor with CPI || Jersey City, NJ (Onsite) Job Description- 1.Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to SuccessFactors and Degreed and other applications. 2. Must have experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning integration with Degreed. 3. Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows. 4. Experience in defining custom iFlows, local & exception sub- processes, exception handling. 5. Must have worked on at least 2 integration projects with SAP CPI. Must have worked with SuccessFactors APIs- SOAP as well as ODATA. 6. Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module. 7. At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements. Good to have- 1. Certification on CPI 2. Certification of any other SAP SuccessFactors module 3. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements. 4. Good to have Knowledge in scripting languages (Java Scripts) Designing, implementing, and supporting complex integration with ERP and Non- ERP Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1.Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization 2. Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes 3.
