Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake and PySpark, along with domain experience in Sales and Marketing. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical solutions and contribute to our companys success. 3. Experience: 11 to 13 yrs 4. Required Skills - Technical Skills: Snowflake, PySpark Responsibilities :- Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Snowflake and PySpark to support Sales and Marketing initiatives.- Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and processing.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes.- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve system performance and scalability.- Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data processing and storage.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all data solutions.
