Mandatory Qualifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator. Strong knowledge of Salesforce and object-oriented programming approaches, including coding, testing, and debugging. Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes through technology and integration. Functional understanding of object-oriented databases and systems. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to gather and develop application requirements based on user needs. Capable of managing multiple, time-critical projects with urgency. Ability to develop Lightning Web Components. Preferred Experience: Experience with backend data integration, including HTTP and Web Services. Familiarity with implementing Conga Composer Document Generation Solutions. Salesforce Platform Developer certification. Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce/APEX, Unit Test Development, JSON, and XML. Development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, as well as Community Cloud and Single Sign-On (SSO). Job Scope: Perform basic administrative functions such as user account maintenance, managing reports and dashboards, workflows, and general system tasks. Ensure system settings are correctly configured for optimal visibility and security. Manage sandboxes and deployments using Gearset. Handle administrative tasks including user provisioning, page layouts, flows, creation of custom objects, fields, validations, workflows, and email templates. Maintain high-quality standards for project deliverables. Train new and existing employees on system functionality. Manage duplicate and dirty data, cleaning up unused fields, reports, and dashboards. Gather user feedback and implement system changes with minimal disruption. Education: Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Degree, or equivalent work experience.
