From: Lisa, Hanstaffing [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Mulesoft Senior Tech Lead/ Architect Required skills: Mulesoft, Python , AI/ML Location: Clinton NJ (3 days a week /hybrid role) Local profiles preferred JD: Databricks side, gateway side for team lead cum architect kind of profiles for mulesoft - Hands on tech lead/ senior developer cum lead- Mulesoft development exp hands on/ java/ Microsoft hands on exp Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft solutions. Architect, design, and implement integrations using MuleSoft iPaaS and related technologies. Build and maintain microservices-based solutions. Create detailed architecture and design documentation and conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs). Develop and automate unit tests, execution scripts, and other automation tools to ensure system robustness and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. Guide the team on best practices, coding standards, and technical solutions. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in IT. 3+ years in Technical Lead (TL) and Architect-level roles. 3+ years of experience in creating architectures, detailed designs, and running POCs. 3+ years of experience with Python development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks, libraries and tools Expert in MuleSoft iPaaS and Java programming language. Extensive experience designing and building solutions with MuleSoft. Solid experience in building Microservices architectures. MuleSoft Integration Architect certification (preferred). Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and practices. Proficient in DevOps processes, monitoring, eventual consistency, and event sourcing. Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Integration, etc.). Experience working with AWS public cloud services. Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines and Agile Engineering Practices. Experience with messaging systems, preferably Kafka. Proficiency in working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch). Experience deploying applications to Kubernetes (AWS EKS, AWS Fargate preferred). Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD). Familiarity with 12-factor and cloud-native application design (a plus). Strong experience in automation testing strategies and tools for unit, integration, and functional testing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts. Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
