Key Responsibilities : Measure impact: Identify and develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our learning classes and programs. Project Management: Support and manage complex projects and programs with multiple components, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Ability to execute project tasks and coordinate activities within the work-stream of a project. Tool utilization: Utilize tools such as, learning management systems, survey software (Qualtrics) Microsoft-suite applications to support program scheduling and analysis. Dashboard creation and maintenance: Create and maintain dashboards for leadership updates, ensuring data is accurately represented and tells a compelling story. Presentation development: Build engaging PowerPoint decks to communicate findings and updates to leadership teams. Internal Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support. Communication: Draft clear and concise communications for internal employees to ensure effective information dissemination.
