Perform the necessary tasks to ensure continuous processing according to published business documentation and standards. Open and review incidents in the incident tracking system (ServiceNow, Jira) to ensure documentation is accurate and complete by incident management best practices. Requirements 1+ year of experience monitoring production applications and resolving application issues. 1+ year of experience with Linux/Unix/AIX and Windows operating systems, including basic line command knowledge. Experience with monitoring tools (i.e., Dynatrace, Control-M) and ticketing tools (i.e,. ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira). Ability to work 7:00 am-3:30 pm CST hours.
