Implementation & Management :
Oversee the full implementation of Pendo within a product.
Manage configuration,maintenance,and optimization of Pendo to drive user engagement and feature adoption.
In-App Communication & Guidance:
Design,create, and manage ln-app guides, onboarding flows, feature announcements, and contextual help.
Implement personalized user experiences based on segme11tation and behavior insights.
User Behavior Analysis:
Analyze user behaviour data using Pendo's analytics tools to identify areas for product improvement .
Track and report on user engagement,feature adoption, and product perfomance metrics.
User Segmentation & Targeting:
Create,maintain,and optimize user segments to Cleliver targeted content and messaging.
Utilize segmentation to personalize user experiences and drive higher engagement.
Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation around Pendo processes, configurations, and best practices.
Ensure teams are equipped with clear guidelines on how to leverage Pendo's capabil ties effectively.
Act as a subject matter expert,offering insights and guidance on Pendo usage and optimization.

Feedback and analytics:
Implement in-app feedback tools and surveys to gather real-time user insights.
Analyze feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.
Use Pendo's analytics to measure key product metrics such as user stickiness,feature usage, and retention.
Skills:
Strong understanding of product analytics, user experience (UX) design,and Saas products.
Proficiency in HTML,CSS,and JavaScript for customizing Pendo guides and managing integrations.
Proven experience with user segmentation,in-app messaging,and feedback collection.
Ability to analyze and translate user behavior data into actionable insights for product improvement.
