Day to Day Operations:1] HIGH Priority PROD/Non-PROD Ticket Support 2] Weekend Support as per requirement from the customer3] Change Management4] Schedule jobs in Mainframe or Distributed Environments5] Consultation to Users / other support team / L2 Team6] Creating JCL and troubleshoot issues with slow response or pertaining to jobs7] Script changes8] Skills Required :1. Technical Sound on Tivoli alerts and Mainframe systems2. Troubleshoot and provide advice on Schedule jobs failure etc.3. Experience in Performance Tuning, Slowness of the scheduled jobs, deep analysis in handling failure, RFB etc.4. Knowledge of relational databases, NO SQL Database will be added advantage6. Good communication skill and experience to handle P1/P2 outages.7. Good in script / PythonTechnical Skillset :IBM Mainframe CPU System, MVS/ESAUnix / Red Hat LinuxTSP/ISPF, TCP/IP, SDSFACF/VTAM, FIIeaidTSO/ISPF Correction
