Currently we are looking for Program Manager with 5+ years of experience and is a USC/GC holder. 5-8 years of experience in telecom supply chain, procurement, and or process improvement roles. Location: Frisco Bridges Tech Campus, Frisco, TX 75034. Preference is Frisco TX locals -hybrid 3 days a week in office Duration: 6 months Position: Program Manager Description: The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in process improvement, supply chain management, and procurement within the telecom sector. They will excel at current and future state process mapping and stakeholder collaboration with a sense of how systems and applications will impact the current environment. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in telecom supply chain, procurement, and or process improvement roles. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). o Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools. Certifications: Six Sigma, or related certifications are highly desirable. Key Competencies: In-depth knowledge of telecom supply chain and procurement practices. Expertise in process analysis, redesign, and implementation. Strong collaboration and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives. Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and drive impactful results.
