Please find the job details below: Job Title: MES Support Specialist Location: Boston, MA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Roles & Responsibilities: Monitor and support the day-to-day operation of the MES system to ensure its stability and availability. Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues, including software bugs, system errors, and integration failures. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address production-related MES concerns and ensure smooth system operation. Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and patches to the MES platform. Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying MES system changes or upgrades. Work with IT and automation teams to integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and other systems. Document issues, resolutions, and any system changes to maintain clear and up-to-date records. Provide end-user training and support for MES functionalities and features. Participate in the design and implementation of enhancements or new features within the MES.
