The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IAM principles, business access needs, and technical implementation. Responsibilities: Apply IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, RBAC, SOD, and Data Mining. Conduct discovery exercises with business and technical users to design and implement IAM solutions. Communicate implementation options to stakeholders at business and technical levels. Coordinate and execute access changes in alignment with organizational policies. Gather, analyze, and validate information to confirm accuracy of control points. Document and align business requirements with stakeholders. Engage technical owners to collect and validate evidence of compliance. Technical Skills: Expertise in Oracle Identity & Access Manager tools. Knowledge of App Authentication and Validation technologies.
