The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to gather business requirements, analyze data, and implement solutions that drive commercial success. This role requires a deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends, commercial processes, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and market access. Analyze commercial data such as sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to support decision-making. Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend solutions to enhance commercial effectiveness. Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems, analytics tools, and other commercial technologies. Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights on KPIs, sales metrics, and marketing performance using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication of goals and objectives. Ensure all processes and solutions comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including GDPR and FDA guidelines. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and tools. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of commercial pharma operations, including sales and marketing processes. Proficiency in analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Veeva. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, GDPR). Preferred Skills: Understanding of pharma-specific analytics, such as IMS/IQVIA data. Knowledge of market access, patient support programs, and reimbursement processes. Experience in Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
