We are looking for a Finastra PM Consultant to work with our global client in New York, NY for a hybrid opportunity. Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive assessment during the first three months to capture the current state ("AS-IS") across business, operations, and IT. Identify all functionalities supported by the existing platform to establish a complete project scope. Collaborate with the vendor to develop a project plan. Facilitate and manage meetings with various business units to gather and document requirements. Define high-level solution approaches to address identified needs. Perform GAP analysis in collaboration with Finastra Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure alignment. Lead project planning and estimation efforts to support project milestones. Requirements: 8+ years of experience Strong background in corporate banking; including project finance, derivatives, lending, and similar products. Experience with core banking system implementation, ideally Finastra Fusion Essence. Knowledge of key integration areas relevant to corporate banking projects, such as accounting, regulatory reporting, and payments.
