The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday Financials and previous experience in implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Grants, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations that meet organizational needs. Configure and customize Workday Grants modules to align with client-specific requirements, including grant setup, lifecycle management, reporting, and compliance. Provide guidance and best practices for grant management processes and system usage. Ensure data integrity and facilitate migration from legacy systems to Workday. Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Conduct training sessions for end users and provide post-implementation support to ensure adoption and proficiency. Partner with Workday consultants, IT teams, and client teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation. Stay updated on Workday product releases and enhancements, incorporating new functionalities into implementation strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday implementation, with at least 3 years specifically in Workday Grants.
