Primary functions: -Monitoring Production jobs and doing real-time troubleshooting and evaluation of errors within ETLs and data pipelines -Managing outages and providing clear and consistent updates to the business and stakeholders -Experience with Cloud databases, complex SQL, and reading scripting languages -24/7 availability. This is not exercised frequently, but required for production support analyst to work as issues arise -Database administrative functionality Experience managing data security and user access within a production environment Skills: Lead Data analyst manage queries for Mulesoft and Data warehouse team in US. Coordinating with offshore team Apisero Team for their delivery/roadblock Lead role to understand work and manage with offshore and on site FTE leads Responsible for the deliverable and support from Apisero team in India. Effective communication and responsive follow through is critical Technology: Data eng., Technical Analyst, Cloud Database/API Industries exp: Technology companies - Sales and Finance space.
