Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Team Lead with expertise in Oracle HCM and integration tools such as Logic Apps or Boomi. This role will be pivotal in leading integration projects, managing a team of developers, and ensuring seamless integration of Oracle HCM with various enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise applications. Manage and mentor a team of integration developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain integration workflows using tools like Azure Logic Apps or Dell Boomi. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance during integration processes. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity. Monitor integration performance and optimize workflows for efficiency. Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Stay updated with emerging integration technologies and recommend improvements to current systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in integration development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including data models, APIs, and integration options. Hands-on experience with integration tools such as Azure Logic Apps or Dell Boomi. Proficiency in designing and implementing REST/SOAP APIs. Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes. Experience with SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, S) and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with additional Oracle applications or modules. Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
