This individual will work closely with our businesses and functional groups to properly diagnose and resolve identified issues within the outbound SAP Supply Chain related processes. TOP SKILLS REQUIRED GTS experience (does not need to be a GTS expert) MM or SD expert Good communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES: Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding business processes and systems. Participate in on-call production support weekly rotation to triage high severity technology issues. Maintain SLA performance according to established ITIL and clients guidelines. Support the identification of enhancement opportunities to standardize/improve processes and system configuration that supports the customer-focused approach but ensures compliance to the business management goals and objectives.
