This role is critical in the context of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system migration project, where candidates will be responsible for leading the migration program from existing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2/R3 , Hyperion environment and many other sources to prepare it for migration to a new Oracle fusion project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data migration, Oracle Cloud implementations, and data mapping and transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong background in Oracle fusion, and experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Note: Candidate must be a Senior who can drive the project and coordinate with stakeholders efficiently. Should have done Data Conversion in Oracle Fusion. Has experience in Oracle Fusion End to end implementation. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience in data migration or conversion projects, including at least 4 years working with Oracle Fusion Knowledge of Oracle applications modules, particularly in the areas of Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management and Finance, is highly preferred. Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and data transformation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams. Experience with data validation and reconciliation processes.
