He also must have experience of moving IBM Maximo to P cloud infrastructure. 10+years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting IBM Maximo, particularly in the areas of Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory, and Procurement. Strong experience with business process analysis and mapping within the context of asset management or related industries. Experience with Maximo version upgrades, system configuration, and integration with other enterprise applications. Experience in client-facing roles, such as leading workshops, gathering requirements, and providing consulting services. Familiarity with IBM Maximo architecture, integration capabilities, & data models. Knowledge of Maximo's integration with other tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IoT platforms). Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
