The data scientists should have experience using XGBoost, Random Forest, LSTM, ARIMA, Prophet, Linear Programming, Mixed-Integer Programming, Transport Planning, Inventory Allocation, Reinforcement Learning, Supervised Learning, Decision Tree, K-means Clustering etc. but not limited to. In addition, this role is expected to have good expertise of AI/ML accelerators, Co-Pilot, Gemini, Conversational AI Analytics to enable on Microsoft and Databricks so deliveries can be expedited without recreating. This role will as well identify, architect, design and build models required to meet the business requirements. This expert will provide guidance to the entire project team for a successful implementation end to end including repeatable framework, documentation, training project team , guiding offshore data scientist and team members. Data Scientist will work with Client and Onshore Data Science Architect to understand the objectives, build effective/efficient production ready models required to meet the business requirements, validate and fine-tune as needed and support rollout of quality models for consumption by business users.
