The role requires expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver scalable IAM solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities:Architectural Leadership: Define and design the SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, including workflows, integrations, and customizations. Establish best practices for Identity Governance frameworks and ensure alignment with organizational security policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Implementation and Integration: Lead end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration, connector setup, and data onboarding. Integrate IdentityIQ with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, HRMS, LDAP, and third-party applications. Design workflows for user provisioning, access certifications, policy enforcement, and role management.Project Leadership: Act as the technical lead for IAM projects, providing guidance to TCS development teams and ensuring timely delivery. Oversee the customization of IdentityIQ using Java, Bean, and other scripting languages. Manage escalations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high availability of IAM solutions.Governance and Compliance: Implement access certification processes to meet regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX). Define and enforce RBAC/ABAC models, segregation of duties (SoD), and identity lifecycle processes. Conduct audits and optimize identity governance strategies to reduce risks.Performance Optimization: Monitor system health, performance, and scalability of IdentityIQ deployments. Optimize connectors, workflows, and reporting for large-scale enterprise environments.Required Skills and Experience:Technical Expertise: 812+ years of experience in IAM with at least 5+ years specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ. Strong knowledge of IdentityIQ modules: Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Analytics, and Access Certifications. Expertise in Java, Bean, XML, and REST APIs for customization and integration. Deep understanding of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM). Hands-on experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), databases (SQL/Oracle), and application servers.Certifications (Preferred): SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect or Engineer Relevant IAM or security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.)Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) and security standards like NIST or Zero Trust. Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid IAM implementations.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record of delivering large-scale IAM projects in enterprise environments. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for IAM automation.
