If youre interested send me your updated resume along with your available time for a quick call Job Title: Sr Scrum Master with Banking Exp Location: Frisco TX Need locals only / Onsite role Duration: 12 months Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum roles, with at least 3 years in the banking or financial services industry. Proven experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment, preferably within financial services. Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Expertise in using Jira for project and Agile team management. Understanding of software development lifecycles and financial domain-specific regulations and practices. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile transformation initiatives within large organizations. Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management practices. Familiarity with additional project management tools and methodologies.
