Key Responsibilities Chatbot Development: Design, develop, and deploy Q&A chatbots using Azure Bot Services and Azure Cognitive Services tailored for the pharmaceutical industry. Develop and optimize chatbot conversation flows, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and effective in meeting business objectives. Deploy and manage chatbots across multiple platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and web-based interfaces. Build custom connectors and integrations to enable chatbot interaction with proprietary or external systems and services. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Should have atleast 10+ years of experience in IT. Must have 4+ years of experience in Azure Cloud platform.
