This is a Remote job, but local candidates are preferable Length: 2+ years, long term Visa- Only USC/GC or H4-EAD We're looking for a passionate Senior Java Developer to join our team and build the next generation of scalable and reliable applications using AWS cloud technologies! Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Java Developer. In-depth knowledge of Java 8+ features, Spring Boot, and object-oriented programming principles. Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda). Experience with Kafka for real-time stream processing. Familiarity with Elasticsearch for search and analytics. Experience with caching technologies (e.g., Memcached, Redis). Knowledge of queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience with Docker and containerization technologies. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Knowledge of DevOps principles. Other details: Location: Reston, VA.
