Our Core platform and capabilities are the heartbeat of the Digital credit card servicing, driving real-time experiences for millions of customers through nearly every aspect of their lifecycle. As a product manager on the Card EASE Platform team, youll work with a passionate group of product managers/owners, software engineers and architects to redefine how our internal customers interact with our platform by making our platform safe and secure from cyber risks and vulnerabilities . This role will drive critical outcomes related to our Core Modernization effort that is set to deliver easy to use data for our customers, strengthen our platform resiliency and delight our end customers with enhanced experiences. This role will also include well managed and horizontal initiatives across EASE Card infrastructure as well as lead the strategy for resiliency and monitoring. Human Centered Youll lead sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs to drive the long term vision for your product Youll turn these customer insights into actionable strategies that will define the priorities for your team and rally your stakeholders to your vision Business Focused Youll own and prioritize the long-term (6-12 months) product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all the right resources are aligned to ensure that and your team will be successful Youll define KPIs for your product and will be responsible for measuring and tracking to those measures, with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictates Technology Driven Youll have an end-to-end understanding of your product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the business Youll work closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions and how they impact the ultimately customer experience your team will deliver always looking to ensure youre using the best tool for the job Transformational Leadership Youll rally your teams and senior stakeholders to your product vision and proactively leverage relationships throughout the ecosystem to align to your vision and influence prioritization across partner teams Youll be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent to your team and mentoring and developing associates on their product career Responsibilities: Responsible for creating and maintaining a roadmap for digital platform including infrastructure, well managed, cyber risk and resiliency initiatives Responsible for breaking down business epics into features and further into user stories Writing acceptance criteria and lead the grooming efforts with the Agile team Drive day-to-day prioritization of work, troubleshoot reported issues, and oversee releases Inform and make changes to roadmap as new information is obtained Collaborate with feature Product Owners to drive front-end integration commitments once back-end microservices have been stood up Establish and maintain a high level of credibility with stakeholders Collaborate and partner with world class software engineers to design, deliver, and sustain a new modernized API/microservices pattern and functionalities within the Digital platform to modernize the orchestration layers. Define and analyze metrics to measure the success of feature migration; ideally even coming up with dashboards everyone can see at any time, thereby improving our speed in seeing and communicating results Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or military experience At least 3 years of experience in digital product management A high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems quickly, identify patterns and assess opportunities Knowledge, passion and practical experience leading engineering teams in digital technologies Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting and tailoring communications to multiple audiences Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering MBA or Masters degree 2+ years of experience in Agile product management Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
