Job Title: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead Location: Washington - Need locals - Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced UAT Lead with extensive expertise in Order to Cash workflows within the Telecom/Satcom domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of order management, billing, taxation, invoicing, and payment processes. They will be responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end testing, aligning business requirements with system outputs, and driving stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT initiatives for Order to Cash workflows to ensure business processes align with system functionality. Define UAT test strategies, plans, and scenarios to validate end-to-end OTC processes. Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams to identify and resolve issues promptly. Domain Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in the Telecom/Satcom domain to address industry-specific complexities. Ensure compliance with domain-specific standards, such as billing and invoicing regulations. Order to Cash Process Knowledge: Apply deep knowledge of order management, billing, taxation, invoicing, and payment processes to design accurate test cases and ensure process alignment. Identify gaps and propose system enhancements to optimize the OTC lifecycle. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams. Facilitate workshops, reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure successful testing outcomes. Test Management: Document test cases, results, and defect logs for continuous improvement. Use test management tools to track progress and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
