Position: Technical Project manager Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite) Duration: 12 months TC S NOTE: LOOKING FOR LOCALS ONLY Job Description Strong Technical Project manager with PMP certification and Scrum master certification Design project architecture and technical roadmaps. Collaborate with technical teams to define technical specifications and standards. Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders clearly and regularly. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, testers, and other technical personnel. Facilitate technical discussions, decision-making, and problem-solving. Assign tasks and manage team workload to ensure project deadlines are met. Review technical designs and code quality to ensure adherence to standards. Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks. Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization. Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
