If youre interested send me your updated resume along with your available time for a quick call Job Title: Solution Architect - Application Modernization (Azure Platform) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Solution Architect to lead the design and modernization of applications leveraging the Azure platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in microservices architecture, React, .Net modernization, SQL and NoSQL databases, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other enterprise-level tools. You will work on projects involving business process management (BPM), rule engines, asset management, and workflow managementsystems. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Leadership: a Define, design, and implement scalable, secure, and highly available application modernization solutions using the Azure platform. b Develop and lead the adoption of microservices architecture. c Guide the integration of modern database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases. d Lead the modernization of legacy .NET applications into modern architectures. e Design and implement scalable front-end solutions using React. Solution Design: a Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical architectures. Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. b Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis to identify gaps between the current and desired state and propose feasible solutions. c Design and implement workflows, rules engines, and BPM solutions to meet enterprise needs. d Develop best practices for integrating Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting. e Take complete ownership of the solution design, from conceptualization to deployment incorporating best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. Technology Expertise: a Evaluate and recommend Azure services (App Services, Functions, Kubernetes, Logic ApAzure SQL, Cosmos DB, etc.) for modernization initiatives. b Implement enterprise-grade asset management, BPM and workflow management systems. c Address technical issues and risks, ensuring the resilience and reliability of the platform. d Define and execute a comprehensive Data Migration Strategy to seamlessly migrate existing databases to the new modernized platform. e Ensure data integrity, minimal downtime, and compliance with business requirements during the migration process and phased release. Qualifications: Technical Skills: Must Have: i 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with a proven ability to lead Azure modernization projects in Agile/Scrum environments. ii Proven expertise in Azure services, including Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Services, Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure DevOps. iii Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). iv Strong experience in modernizing legacy .NET applications and ReactJS for front-end development and modernization. v Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB). vi Familiarity with BPM tools, rule engines, and workflow management systems. Nice to have: i Experience with Microsoft Fabric for data integration and orchestration. ii Advanced knowledge of Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports. iii Familiarity with other frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) or backend technologies. Soft Skills: a Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. b Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus. c Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving. d Work effectively in an onshore-offshore model, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication. Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate. Certifications in BPM tools or relevant workflow management systems.
