The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in MicroStrategy Report Services Object Manager Administration and Developer. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive our business forward. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of MicroStrategy solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the development and maintenance of MicroStrategy reports and dashboards. Provide technical expertise in MicroStrategy Report Services Object Manager Administration and Developer. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for data solutions. Ensure the performance scalability and reliability of MicroStrategy applications. Develop and enforce best practices for MicroStrategy development and administration. Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize MicroStrategy environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MicroStrategy applications and infrastructure. Mentor and guide junior team members in MicroStrategy development and administration. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MicroStrategy and data analytics. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MicroStrategy solutions. Provide detailed documentation and training to end-users on MicroStrategy applications. Qualifications Possess a strong background in MicroStrategy Report Services Object Manager Administration and Developer. Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and implementing MicroStrategy solutions. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. Show proficiency in performance tuning and system optimization. Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members. Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics and MicroStrategy advancements.
