Role: Scrum Master Location: Blooming Field, NJ (Hybrid) Job Description: Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: o Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support the Product Owner: o Assist the Product Owner with the product backlog, ensuring it is clear, concise, and prioritized. o Help the Product Owner in maintaining a transparent and effective communication channel with stakeholders. Coach the Team: o Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values. o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. o Mentor team members on Agile practices and principles. Remove Impediments: o Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the teams progress. o Ensure the team has all the resources and support needed to perform their tasks efficiently. Monitor and Report: o Track the teams progress and performance using metrics like burndown charts. o Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the teams progress. Promote Agile Practices: o Advocate for Agile methodologies within the organization.
