If not and even if they are the best developer around, I will have to pass on them if they can't have "a basic chat about things other tha n code" What You Bring: 5+ years of coding experience , with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with both front-end and back-end development. 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.). Strong understanding of API architecture, microservices, and database management, along with expertise in Project and Release Management. In-depth knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps practices and experience deploying security and monitoring solutions. Familiarity with cloud migration strategies, automation, and testing frameworks. Ability to work in an agile environment, using SCRUM or Kanban methodologies. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related fieldor 510 years of equivalent experience. What Sets You Apart: A passion for building highly scalable, globally distributed solutions that drive tangible business value. Experience developing single-page applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React. Proficiency with tools such as GitHub, Azure SQL, MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and troubleshooting. What You'll Do: Lead the design, development, and deployment of APIs, Microservices, and Application Platforms, with a strong emphasis on cloud and database management. Take ownership of Project and Release Management, ensuring timely delivery and smooth deployment processes. Implement and maintain DevOps and DevSecOps strategies, focusing on automation, monitoring, and security solutions. Drive cloud migration efforts, from initial design to full deployment, with a focus on automation and efficiency. Apply test-driven development methodologies to deliver high-quality, reliable code. Build and optimize front-end and back-end services using JavaScript, Node.js, and other modern frameworks. Contribute to cross-functional projects by translating technical requirements, conducting unit tests, and ensuring clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
