The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data across various business functions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to implement, maintain, and improve SAP MDG solutions while ensuring compliance with data governance policies and best practices.Key Responsibilities: MDG Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of SAP MDG solutions for various master data domains (Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance, etc.) across the enterprise. Data Governance: Define and enforce data governance policies and procedures for master data management. Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across the organization. Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP MDG functionalities, including workflows, data validations, and change requests, to meet business requirements. Business Process Mapping: Work with cross-functional teams to map business processes related to master data, ensuring they align with SAP MDG capabilities. Data Quality Management: Conduct data quality assessments and develop data cleansing strategies. Collaborate with business users to resolve data issues. Integration: Ensure smooth integration of SAP MDG with other SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, etc.) and third-party systems. End-User Support & Training: Provide training and support to end-users for MDG functionalities. Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions as necessary. Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on master data management processes to ensure compliance with governance standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in MDG processes, workflows, and data management practices to enhance system efficiency and data accuracy.Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP MDG configuration, implementation, and support. Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Master Data Management concepts and data governance best practices. Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP MDG architecture, data models, and workflows. Experience with SAP MDG customization and configuration. Familiarity with integration techniques (IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services, etc.). Proficiency in data quality tools and techniques.
